• If there are any changes to your RSVP, please edit the form you have submitted using the event invitation link you received in your inbox
• There are plenty of parking spaces at the resort, you do not need to reserve a spot. We suggest carpooling with your colleagues or joining the team on one of the buses if possible
• If you are driving, please follow Neoen’s safety protocols and make sure to take adequate breaks
• Please carry a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, a cap and appropriate dressing for the weather and different activities
